HAPPY 2009!!
We hope that everyone is having a great start to your year. We started school somewhat slowly yesterday. We are looking forward to finishing most core school work by early May so we are going to be busy until then!
The kids started back to homeschool PE yesterday and they both love it. I loved it too because I actually got a chance to work out and have a whole hour and a half to myself!! Those of you who know all the circumstances in our life right now know what an accomplishment that is. I had to spend about an hour on the road dropping off and picking up to accomplish it, but it was worth it for the peace of mind to be able to hear myself think for two minutes in a row. K was so tired that she actually slept until almost 8:00 this morning! That really threw off my schedule because I depend on her to wake me up about 6:30 everyday.
It has been interesting getting used to Dad working from home. He has been able to have breakfast with us and lunch yesterday. Of course he will be on the road so much on sales calls he won't be here all the time. Overall, his life is just a bit more flexible than the regular 6-5, which is great for us all. He has been pretty faithful in his workout schedule too.
