The Loot...
Okay - thanks Easter Bunny, MaMaw, Nannie Mae and Janny for the sugar buzzed children. This is what is left - it has been confiscated and locked away in Dad's office.
City Easter Egg Hunt
We took the kids to the city wide Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday - a four year tradition for our family. Not sure exactly why it is called a "hunt". It is more like how you would imagine a swarm of locusts descending upon a field and devouring everything in sight in a straight line. The field behind K in this picture is the football field covered with thousands of plastic eggs stuffed with candy and toys. It takes about 5 minutes from start to finish for all of the eggs to be collected.
